Ad Gate Support

Ad Gate is a Safari extension for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. It works automatically after the extension and website permissions are enabled.

Enable Ad Gate

• iPhone or iPad: Open Settings › Apps › Safari › Extensions › Ad Gate, enable the extension, and grant All Websites access.
• Mac: Open Safari › Settings › Extensions, enable Ad Gate, and grant All Websites access.
• Private Browsing manages extensions separately. Enable Ad Gate there if you want blocking in private tabs.

Troubleshooting

After changing permissions, close and reopen Safari. If network blocking is still inactive after the first installation, turn Ad Gate off and back on once so Safari reloads its rules.

If a specific website behaves unexpectedly, temporarily disable Ad Gate for that website and reload the page.

Privacy

Ad Gate has no account, analytics, advertising SDK, or browsing-history upload. Read the complete privacy policy.
